Attacks on abortion continue

While everyone was focusing on the Michael Jackson trial or wondering which "American Idol" contestant Paula Abdul had boffed, the House passed the 'Child Interstate Abortion Notification Act, which would make it a crime to transport a minor across state lines for the purpose of having an abortion.
