SFGate published today the second part of their interview with Heng Sure, the Buddhist monk who spent two years walking the length of California dong a full prostration every three steps. (That journey is covered in the first part of the piece.) I saw this guy speak several years ago and he's a genuine and smart person.
In other Buddhist news, a building that formerly housed a car dealership was dedicated yesterday as a new Buddhist center, and in rural Texas, monks did the same to a former ranch. Be sure to scroll down to see the giant chicken costumes.
